Delivery and return

Delivery may take 3 to 5 business days. Orders are shipped by courier, so please note that a signature may be required.

Please notify us if you have not received your order within the 7 days. Later than 28 days after shipment, we can no longer accept claims for non-delivery or shipping damage.

We are only able to ship goods within Europe. If you wish to order goods for overseas areas and outside Europe, please contact us and we will endeavour to provide you with the contact details of a relevant distributor.

Return Policy
The return policy applies to goods purchased directly from Hit-Air BeNeLux.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods once for a refund or exchange. Goods must be returned in their original condition (airbag vests must not have been inflated or used and must be clean) with all original tags and labels attached, within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Refunds will be made for the original purchase price of the goods. Refunds will only be made to your bank account and in € (Euro).

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, except in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods, so please make sure to keep the receipt of the returned package until you have been credited for the goods.
